Please note: each crystal is made just for you, so allow 2–4 extra days for production. Personalized items can't be returned for change of mind, but we'll replace anything that arrives damaged or with an engraving error.

Returns & help
If your gift arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you. Personalized items can't be returned for change of mind.
